Yes! Our inflatables and equipment are built tough and exceed all industry standards for safety. All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your and your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total amount of the rental. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of customer pick up or Star Kid Rentals delivery.

Rentals must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the deposit will not be refunded. However, a rain check for the deposit amount will be issued that can be used within 1 year from the date of your original event.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Yes. A major credit card or debit card is required to reserve any Star Kid Rental equipment. No exceptions.

A minimum fee, depending on the unit, is required for delivery and setup of inflatables, plus distance charges of $2.25/mile for locations outside of our normal delivery range. Contact us to request a quote for the exact charges.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

A flat grassy area is the ideal surface for a inflatable units. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Yards must be clear of toys, sticks, rocks, and pet waste before we arrive. We will provide tarps that will be used under each bounce house to protect the units. All units will be anchored down with metal stakes. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check with utilities before units are delivered to ensure all underground utilities marked. The homeowner assumes responsibility for any and all damage to underground utilities, sprinkler heads, and sprinkler lines as a result of installation.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

All of our units require a dedicated 110v household outlet for each blower. We will supply the extension cords. The unit should be no more than 100ft from the outlets. Should you need to set up in a place where there are no outlets, you will need one dedicated 20amp 110v circuit generator for each blower, unless we inform you otherwise for larger units. The generator must be grounded and cannot be on any moveable surface.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

When you reserve your inflatable we will gladly let you know the dimensions of the particular unit. All dimensions are listed beside the unit on the website. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the inflatable. No refunds are given if the area is not big enough for the inflatable unless cancelled 72 hours before the reservation. Please call us with any questions.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. For wet units, we do provide a water hose (50ft long). If inflatable is further than 50ft from a water source, please have a water hose present.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

We are available for your events during our regular rental season from May 1 to September 30, weather permitting. Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning, snow, in temperatures below 40 degrees F, or wind speeds over 15 mph.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

The rental price is for one calendar day. Rentals may be picked up or delivered from 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday, and sometimes Friday. Rentals must be returned prior to 8am the day after rental to avoid incurring additional rental charges.

Units may be rented for multiple days in a row.

We do not rent units by the hour.

 
 
 

Yes. If you want to just rent the screen or projector from the complete outdoor movie theater, or just the water slide from the mammoth combo, we can accommodate that. Please contact us directly for special requests.

 
 
 
 

Since you must be able to enter into a contractual agreement with Star Kid Rentals, you must be able to provide verifiable proof, such as a government issued ID, to show that you are 18 years or older to reserve any rental equipment.
