Yes! Our inflatables and equipment are built tough and exceed all industry standards for safety. All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your and your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You may auto-book an event online for orders that are made more than 48 hours in advance of the event. For all other cases, you will be contacted by us by phone, text or email to schedule a delivery time and ensure that we can fulfill your reservation before the reservation is final.


Yes, you will need to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver for any unit rented before your reservation is final.


Yes, you will need to place a 25% deposit through the online checkout/reservation process. The deposit will be applied to the total amount that you owe. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of pick up or deliver. If the rentals need to be cancelled due to weather or a COVID-19 health issue, the deposit will be refunded. In all other cases, the rental must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the deposit will not be refunded. You will be issued a rain check that can be used within 1 year from the date of your original event.

Please note, even if you reserve your bouncer through the website you must received a call, text, or email from us to schedule your delivery and pick up before your reservation is final.


Yes! We deliver and set up! If you reserve equipment through the website, we must call you to schedule delivery and pick up before your reservation is final.


A minimum fee of $20 is required for delivery and setup of inflatables, plus distance charges $1/mile from our location in Washington Terrace.


A flat grassy area is an ideal surface for a bounce house. Our units can also be set up on asphalt or cement. Please have yard clear of toys, sticks, rocks, and pet waste. We will provide a tarp that will be used under each bounce house. All units are anchored down with either metal stakes or sandbags. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check with utilities before the bounce house is delivered to have all underground utilities marked.


All of our units require a dedicated 110v household outlet. We will supply the extension cord. The unit should be no more than 100ft from the outlet. Should you need to set up in a place where there are no outlets, you will need one dedicated 20amp 110v circuit generator, unless we inform you otherwise for larger units. The generator must be grounded and cannot be on any moveable surface.


When you reserve your inflatable we will gladly let you know the dimensions of the particular unit. All dimensions are listed beside the unit on the website. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the inflatable. No refunds are given if the area is not big enough for the inflatable unless cancelled 48 hours before the reservation. Please call us with any questions.


Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. For wet units, we do provide a water hose (50ft long). If inflatable is further than 50ft from a water source, please have a water hose present.


Yes, we are available for your events all year round, weather permitting. Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning, snow, in temperatures below 40 degrees F, or wind speeds over 15 mph.


The rental price is for one calendar day. Rentals may be picked up or delivered from 8am to 10pm. Rentals must be returned prior to 9am the day after rental to avoid incurring additional rental charges.

Units may be rented for multiple days in a row.

We do not rent units by the hour.


Yes. If you want to just rent the screen or projector from the complete outdoor movie theater, or just the water slide from the mammoth combo, we can accommodate that. Please contact us directly for special requests.
